Times Grill is searching for an elite group of partners who are hungry to become Area Representatives for our world-class operation. We invite experienced restaurant industry professionals to help us bring our one-of-a-kind concept to neighborhoods across the nation. We depend upon Area Representatives to develop new markets by purchasing the rights to designated territories. Area Representatives own and operate the first restaurant in their markets. After their first unit is certified as a training restaurant, Area Representatives recruit franchisee candidates to develop restaurants in their territories. Area Representatives are responsible for: • Identifying and screening Franchisee candidates
• Training and developing Franchisees
• Providing leadership to Franchisees
• Assisting Franchisees with operations, finance and marketing
• Inspiring and mentoring Franchisees
• Instilling our culture in Franchisees Candidates must have at least of five years leadership experience, a minimum net worth of $4 million, liquidity of $850,000 per territory and a proven track record of successfully developing multi-unit restaurant systems. The ideal candidate will have strengths in real estate, construction, government regulations, labor, marketing, financial management, and restaurant administration along with local market knowledge.
